Utah - 5-6 year old gelding, iron grey
Utah came from a deceased estate as an unhandled, nervous donkey who had never had hoof care - or any care at all!
It has taken a long time to correct his overgrown feet and get them comfortable around us but he is now blossoming into a curious boy who wants to learn!
He is up to date with worming and have been on regular and consistent 6-8 week hoof trims. He can still be unsure of lifting his feet but with confident handling have been making leaps and bounds in his progress. He has seen an equine dentist to have his age estimated and first dental ever! He has had no dental issues and behaved beautifully.
He are looking for a home where he can continue to learn, grow and be consistently handled and of course, spoilt rotten! Donkeys are incredibly social and must be adopted with donkey companions. We do not adopt donkeys out to be herd guardians.
