About me
Meet Sorrento, a gentle soul with a big heart and an even bigger personality — once she gets to know you.
Sorrento can be a little shy at first, taking her time to adjust to new people and environments. But with patience, kindness, and a calm space to settle in, this lovely girl will slowly begin to let her walls down. And when she does, you'll discover just how affectionate and loyal she truly is.
She absolutely adores a cosy lap to curl up in, and thrives in a home with a gentle, predictable routine that helps her feel safe and secure. Once she’s comfortable, she’ll become your little shadow, following you from room to room and chatting away in her sweet, unique voice.
Yes — Sorrento is a talker! She has her very own language and loves to “chat” with her humans. Whether she’s asking for cuddles, a snack, or just letting you know how her day’s been, her vocal nature is part of what makes her so special.
If you're looking for a loving companion who will bond deeply and stay loyally by your side, Sorrento might just be your perfect match. She would do best in a quiet, calm home with someone who understands that trust takes time — but is oh so worth it.

Medical conditions
Dental Surgery Performed
Had dental disease upon arrival at Strong Hearts. As this condition was negatively impacting her welfare, a dental scale and polish was performed under general anesthesia (there were no necessary extractions).
Compromised dental health can affect a pet's overall health, longevity, and quality of life.
Most cats 4 years of age and older have dental disease. Sorrento will benefit from ongoing dental home care, such as a dental care diet and regular brushing of teeth.
This pre-existing condition may require future veterinary care and adoptive family will be responsible for any costs associated with this condition.
The Veterinary Oral Health Council website lists appropriate diets and products: www.vohc.org
Veterinary Partner is a great online resource for pet dental care: www.veterinarypartner.vin.com
Sorrento should have regular veterinary check-ups (at least annually), and you should seek veterinary advice promptly if you notice any changes in her health or behaviour.
