hi… i’m dymo 🥺
i’m very small, very quiet, and still learning how to feel safe.

the world has been a little scary so far. people haven’t always been kind, and i’m still trying to understand that things can be different now. i mostly keep to myself, tucked into cozy corners, where i can watch and wait and hope.

if you go slowly… and talk softly… and let me come to you when i’m ready… i might let you pat me. i like gentle hands. i like calm. i like kindness, even if i’m still learning how to trust it.

i know i’m not the kind of cat people usually come looking for. i won’t run up to you for cuddles or sit in your lap right away. but i promise, if you’re someone patient someone who sees me and doesn’t rush me then one day i’ll show you just how much love i’ve been holding onto in my quiet little heart.

oh, and i have something called FIV. it just means my immune system is a little softer than other cats. i don’t need any medicine or extra vet visits, just to live indoors and be loved. sometimes people think it’s a big deal, but it’s not. not really.

i just need a chance.
to feel safe.
to be understood.
to be loved… even if it takes me a little longer to show it back.
